Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Drift Legal Group is a Knoxville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on filing and deadlines. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
