Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Houston, TX)

Ironwood Lakeside Legal Group is a Houston practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Paralegal to lead our filing and deadlines. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
