Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Houston, TX)

Ironwood Ashton Legal Group is a law firm in Houston serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on filing and deadlines. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Houston. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
