Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Umber Legal Group is a law firm in Denver serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our filing and deadlines. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Denver. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
