Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Basin Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be filing and deadlines. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
