Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Quill Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be filing and deadlines. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
