Lumen Mill Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on filing and deadlines for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
