Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Rowan Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be filing and deadlines. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
