Paralegal - filing and deadlines (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Rowan Legal Group is a Albuquerque practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on filing and deadlines. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
