Paralegal - document review (Tulsa, OK)

Cedar Clear Legal Group provides legal services in Tulsa across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Paralegal to lead our document review. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
