Paralegal - document review (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Ashton Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on document review for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
