Paralegal - document review (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Union Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on document review for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
