Paralegal - document review (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Orchard Legal Group is a San Jose practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on document review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
