Paralegal - document review (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Cross Legal Group is a Salt Lake City practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Paralegal to lead our document review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
