Paralegal - document review (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Rowan Legal Group provides legal services in Salt Lake City across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Paralegal to lead our document review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
