Paralegal - document review (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Oak Legal Group is a Reno practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Paralegal to lead our document review. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
