Paralegal - document review (remote)

Lumen Umber Legal Group is a Birmingham practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Paralegal to lead our document review. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
