Paralegal - document review (remote)

Ironwood Bridge Legal Group is a Buffalo practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on document review. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
