Paralegal - document review (remote)

Harborlight Ivory Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on document review for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 266 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
