Paralegal - document review (remote)

Ironwood Birch Legal Group is a law firm in Miami serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our document review. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
