Paralegal - document review (remote)

Redstone Union Legal Group is a law firm in Milwaukee serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our document review. You would join a large organisation of about 621 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
