Paralegal - document review (Portland, OR)

Northwind Ashton Legal Group provides legal services in Portland across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on document review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts.
