Paralegal - document review (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Oklahoma City serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on document review. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
