Paralegal - document review (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Clear Legal Group is a law firm in Milwaukee serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our document review. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
