Paralegal - document review (Honolulu, HI)

Westbrook Drift Legal Group provides legal services in Honolulu across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Paralegal to lead our document review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
