Paralegal - document review (Grand Rapids, MI)

Northwind Umber Legal Group provides legal services in Grand Rapids across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on document review. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
