Paralegal - document review (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Oak Legal Group is a Dallas practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on document review. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
