Paralegal - document review (Birmingham, AL)

Ironwood Rowan Legal Group is a law firm in Birmingham serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on document review. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
