Paralegal - document review (Baltimore, MD)

Northwind Basin Legal Group provides legal services in Baltimore across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Paralegal to lead our document review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
