Paralegal - client intake (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Basin Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be client intake. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
