Paralegal - client intake (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Sparrow Legal Group provides legal services in Virginia Beach across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Paralegal to lead our client intake. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
