Paralegal - client intake (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge Linden Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
