Paralegal - client intake (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Drift Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be client intake. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
