Paralegal - client intake (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ivory Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be client intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
