Paralegal - client intake (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Rowan Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
