Paralegal - client intake (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Forge Legal Group is a law firm in San Antonio serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our client intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
