Paralegal - client intake (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Linden Legal Group is a law firm in Salt Lake City serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
