Paralegal - client intake (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Drift Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
