Paralegal - client intake (remote)

Westbrook Rowan Legal Group is a law firm in Chicago serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
