Paralegal - client intake (remote)

Redstone Cedar Legal Group is a Oakland practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
