Paralegal - client intake (remote)

Summit Umber Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
