Paralegal - client intake (remote)

Lumen Hollow Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
