Paralegal - client intake (remote)

Redstone Cedar Legal Group is a law firm in Houston serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
