Paralegal - client intake (remote)

Westbrook Drift Legal Group provides legal services in Denver across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
