Paralegal - client intake (remote)

Cedar Drift Legal Group is a law firm in Buffalo serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
