Paralegal - client intake (remote)

Amberfield Yarrow Legal Group is a San Jose practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Paralegal to lead our client intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
