Paralegal - client intake (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Union Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be client intake. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
