Paralegal - client intake (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Yarrow Legal Group is a Pittsburgh practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Paralegal to lead our client intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
