Paralegal - client intake (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Basin Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
