Paralegal - client intake (Omaha, NE)

Redstone Ashton Legal Group is a Omaha practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
